The Student Information System is a crucial part of the average teacher's daily process. The teacher must be able to maintain a myriad of letter and percentage grades throughout the school year. The SIS allows them to do so in a clean, presentable manner. The teacher is able to break down each section of the child's work; from homework to tests and quizzes. The teacher is able to use formulas to find class totals, a student's average quiz scores, and so much more. The google spreadsheet can then be used to create visual representation of class grades and progress. The SIS also allows teachers to share information with one another and transfer it. The teacher is capable of moving and editing charts as well as information on differing spreadsheets and SIS charts.
